Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead merchandise and supply chain planning processes, including Open-to-Buy management, channel forecasts, and KPI reporting.
  • Drive monthly demand forecasts and inventory plans for permanent and new collections, ensuring alignment with commercial needs and financial targets.
  • Coordinate new collection launches with Sales Merchandising, monitor order progress, and analyze post-launch performance.
  • Optimize inventory allocation and distribution to maximize service levels, minimize stockouts, and prioritize critical deliveries.
  • Track and manage production schedules and planned deliveries in alignment with production planning to ensure timely availability.
  • Oversee the end-to-end packaging process, including supplier coordination, inventory allocation, and distribution planning.
  • Monitor production needs and order collection for permanent and new collections.
  • Assist in generating reports, analysis, and KPIs to support supply chain decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Sales Merchandising, Product Marketing, Retail & Wholesale Operations) to gather inputs influencing demand trends.
  • Partner with IT to enhance reporting tools, order-taking systems, and ERP functionalities.
  • Own supply chain KPI dashboards and reporting, providing analysis and actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or Supply Chain-related subjects.
  • 2-3 years of experience in demand planning.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented. Excellent knowledge of the Office package. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and empathetic attitude aligned with Kering values. Genuine passion for sustainability and storytelling. Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in demand planning is required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or Supply Chain-related subjects.
