Logistics Intern
Pomellato in Milan seeks a Logistics Intern to support end-to-end logistics for marketing materials, packaging and global distribution. Internship with development opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Logistics Coordinator in day-to-day management of end-to-end logistics for marketing materials, BTL items, packaging and store fixtures.
- Assist with inbound warehouse activities, stock receipt, storage and preparation for distribution to global retail locations.
- Contribute to planning and execution of international transportation and customs procedures to ensure timely shipments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, retail, merchandising) to align timelines, inventory needs and packaging requirements.
- Liaise with external logistics providers and freight forwarders to monitor shipments, resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain logistics records and data, support reporting, and assist with inventory reconciliation and process documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise distribution workflows and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Solid organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with computer tools for data handling and logistics tracking; willingness to learn logistics software and warehouse systems.
- Good English communication skills are a plus.
- Proactive, team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate across functions and with external partners.

No previous professional experience is required; the position is open to students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure to supply chain operations, transportation and customs processes within a luxury retail environment.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a closely related field.
