Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated brand ambassador, conveying DoDo’s values and product narratives at every client interaction.
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to deliver compelling storytelling and tailored styling advice.
  • Deliver exceptional clientelling through the use of CRM and clientelling tools, nurturing long-term customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by working toward KPIs and using business applications to track performance.
  • Maintain boutique standards: merchandising, stock care, housekeeping and an organised front- and back-of-house.
  • Welcome and advise customers to ensure a seamless, high-touch luxury retail experience.
  • Keep abreast of market and fashion trends and competitor activity to inform sales approach and merchandising.
  • Adhere to company grooming and behavioural standards and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

  • Commercial mindset with curiosity, empathy and agility in customer interactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities; open to constructive feedback.
  • Flexibility to work rotations and resilience in a high-traffic retail environment.
  • Strong product sensitivity and awareness of current fashion and market trends.
  • Fluent English and German; additional languages considered an asset.

Experience

Previous client-facing experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales is preferred; practical experience using CRM for clienteling and a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in retail, fashion, or a related field is a plus.
