Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and sharing DoDo's values and philosophy.
- Deliver extraordinary client experiences that reflect the brand’s spirit and commitment to excellence.
- Maximize sales through meaningful relationships and personalized service.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products.
- Maintain products efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization both front and back of house.
- Contribute to teamwork and participate in activities that achieve the boutique's goals.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets using KPIs and business applications.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Develop long-term customer relationships using CRM and clienteling tools.
- Support customers in purchasing DoDo products, enhancing product knowledge and storytelling.
- Welcome every customer, providing an exceptional experience with mastery of brand history and heritage.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German.
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
