Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and sharing DoDo's values and philosophy.
  • Deliver extraordinary client experiences that reflect the brand’s spirit and commitment to excellence.
  • Maximize sales through meaningful relationships and personalized service.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products.
  • Maintain products efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization both front and back of house.
  • Contribute to teamwork and participate in activities that achieve the boutique's goals.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets using KPIs and business applications.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships using CRM and clienteling tools.
  • Support customers in purchasing DoDo products, enhancing product knowledge and storytelling.
  • Welcome every customer, providing an exceptional experience with mastery of brand history and heritage.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
