Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure excellent service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to develop and recruit clients.
  • Promote the values and philosophy of the brand to maximize sales.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal sensitivity. Negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a strong understanding of customer needs and satisfaction. High ethical standards. Entrepreneurial, innovative, and proactive approach. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and team-oriented mindset. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are appreciated. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and client relations is preferred.
