Role & Responsibilities
- Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure exceptional service.
- Act as a brand ambassador to develop and recruit clients, promoting the brand's values and philosophy.
- Maximize sales through effective client engagement and service.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
