Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure exceptional service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to develop and recruit clients.
  • Promote the brand's values and philosophy to maximize sales.

Qualifications

  • Strong connection to Sardinia, ideally residing near the boutique.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal sensitivity. Excellent negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a high standard of ethics. Entrepreneurial, innovative, and proactive. Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented. Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
