Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop overall strategies and initiatives for daily boutique operations and management.
  • Ensure monthly and yearly sales targets are achieved.
  • Maximize sales by attracting new customers and enhancing public relations.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Establish and implement action plans in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Coordinate in-store and promotional events with the marketing team.
  • Ensure smooth execution of services and maintain the premium brand image.
  • Train, manage, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talent to meet business needs.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive boutique database through KPIs and CRM systems.
  • Cultivate a new High Jewelry VIP clientele with support from the commercial team.
  • Ensure safety and security protocols are in place for stock and manpower.
  • Monitor merchandise assortment and manage stock levels to reflect market needs.
  • Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to project the brand image.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including payroll, billing, and reporting.
  • Manage relationships with landlords and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of sales leadership experience in the luxury industry.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Skills

Strong sales driving skills. Effective team management skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure.

Candidates must possess over three years of sales leadership experience within the luxury industry.
