Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for daily boutique operations and management.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Maximize sales by attracting new customers and enhancing public relations.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold brand quality.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to establish and execute action plans.
  • Monitor local trading environment and its impact on sales.
  • Coordinate in-store and promotional events with the marketing team.
  • Ensure smooth execution of services and sustain a premium brand image.
  • Train, manage, and motivate staff to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talent to meet business needs.
  • Develop and manage a boutique database through KPIs and CRM systems.
  • Cultivate a new High Jewelry VIP clientele with commercial team support.
  • Ensure safety and security of stock and personnel.
  • Monitor merchandise assortment and manage stock levels to meet market needs.
  • Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to project brand image and enhance sales.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including payroll, billing, and reporting.
  • Manage relationships with landlords and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of sales leadership experience in the luxury industry.
  • Strong sales driving abilities.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Skills

Excellent team management skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Passionate and open-minded.
