Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the achievement of store sales and KPI targets as set by Senior Management.
  • Serve as a role model by performing all store functions, demonstrating professionalism and disciplined work habits.
  • Motivate the team and contribute to building client relationships from recruitment to outreach activities.
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences in every interaction.
  • Maintain outstanding standards and solid product knowledge to provide a friendly environment.
  • Establish personal sales goals for staff and monitor performance.
  • Develop a network of clients impacting local and international markets.
  • Minimize client complaints through effective customer service.
  • Collaborate with Retail Manager and Retail Performance Manager to maximize sales.
  • Maintain store standards and resolve delivery discrepancies promptly.
  • Generate ongoing market intelligence.
  • Work with merchandisers to ensure appropriate stock levels and presentations.
  • Report any theft or suspected theft immediately.
  • Coordinate employee consignments and oversee purchase transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies through regular meetings and audits.
  • Evaluate performance issues and recruit sales candidates.
  • Train and develop sales executives and monitor training for all personnel.
  • Partner with Human Resources for annual performance reviews.
  • Instruct staff on job responsibilities and coordinate daily duties.
  • Ensure sufficient staffing and approve potential new hires.
  • Prepare and submit time schedules and approve payroll.
  • Collaborate with Retail and Marketing teams on market-relevant activities.
  • Identify opportunities with community outreach programs.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in luxury.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with a team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills for customer and senior management interactions. Customer relations and service expertise. Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience

5-8 years of retail supervisory experience, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
