Role & Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve store sales and KPI targets set by Senior Management.
• Motivate and develop the team to enhance the client experience and build strong client relationships.
• Oversee all store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and expense control, to ensure maximum profitability.
• Uphold store standards in alignment with corporate policies and manage inventory and pricing.
• Ensure policy compliance and evaluate performance while recruiting and developing talent.
• Collaborate with Retail and Marketing teams on market-relevant initiatives and community outreach opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and store teams, available for urgent matters.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Team-oriented leader with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Customer service expert with a client-first mindset.
• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proactive self-starter with strong initiative.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.

5–8 years of retail supervisory experience, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
