Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the accounts payable function and the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process.
  • Process and record supplier invoices for both domestic and international vendors.
  • Perform three-way matching between purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Monitor supplier aging and support payment execution in line with company policies.
  • Prepare VAT settlements and manage tax compliance requirements.
  • Perform accounting reconciliations and support monthly and period-end closings.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance and Administrative teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Economics with an interest in accounting topics, or a high school diploma in Accounting.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles, preferably in a structured environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Proficiency in English. Knowledge of SAP; familiarity with Stealth is a plus.
