Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts payable function and the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process.
- Process and record supplier invoices for both domestic and international vendors.
- Perform three-way matching between purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Monitor supplier aging and support payment execution in line with company policies.
- Prepare VAT settlements and manage tax compliance requirements.
- Perform accounting reconciliations and support monthly and period-end closings.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance and Administrative teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Economics with an interest in accounting topics, or a high school diploma in Accounting.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles, preferably in a structured environment.
