Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the wholesale commercial strategy for Mexico by managing key distributor and retail partner relationships to achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
  • Drive order management, stock allocation and replenishment processes while ensuring adherence to Piaget product launches, merchandising and visual standards.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting, performance analysis and market reports to senior management; translate data into actionable commercial plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with marketing, product, logistics and after-sales teams to ensure seamless execution of seasonal campaigns and trunk shows.
  • Train and coach wholesale partners and sales teams on product knowledge, brand positioning and clienteling best practices; ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline; advanced study in luxury brand management is advantageous.
  • Proven commercial aptitude with strong analytical skills and experience preparing sales forecasts, margin analysis and wholesale P&L inputs.
  • Demonstrable understanding of luxury retail and wholesale channel dynamics, preferably within watches, jewellery or high-end accessories.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence distributor partners and multi-site retail teams.
  • Availability for travel within Mexico and occasional international travel; legal authorization to work in Mexico.

Experience

Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in wholesale or trade sales within the luxury goods sector, ideally with exposure to watches and/or jewellery and working with distributors or multi-brand retailers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field (preferred).
