Piaget is hiring a Watch & Jewelry Consultant in Beverly Hills to deliver exceptional boutique service and drive sales for its watches and high jewellery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, concierge-level client service to high-net-worth customers, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through active selling, cross-selling and clienteling.
  • Present and articulate product history, technical characteristics and craftsmanship of Piaget watches and jewellery to prospective clients.
  • Manage client appointments, follow-ups and VIP communications using the boutique CRM; prepare and maintain client files.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, boutique presentation and stock integrity meet brand standards; receive, handle and reconcile inventory.
  • Coordinate with after-sales and service teams to manage repairs, warranties and customer enquiries with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support store operations including POS transactions, daily cash handling, reporting and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches or high jewellery.
  • Proven track record of selling to high-net-worth clients and achieving measurable sales KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and polished presentation appropriate for a luxury boutique environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (employer will verify eligibility).
  • Professional appearance and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required by boutique operations.
