Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised, consultative sales advice to high‑net‑worth and walk‑in clientele, guiding product selection across watches and high jewellery.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships through proactive clienteling, CRM management and tailored after‑sales follow‑up to drive repeat business and client retention.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining KPI reporting and accurate POS transactions.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, product presentation, display rotation and inventory integrity in line with brand directives.
  • Coordinate with service and workshop teams for warranty, repairs and authentication; manage repair intake and client communication.
  • Participate in VIP events, private viewings and trunk shows; prepare appointment briefs and client dossiers.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, loss prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements when handling high‑value goods.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury retail experience, preferably with watches and/or high jewellery (minimum 2 years recommended).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning clients and HNW customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional discretion when working with confidential client information.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.

Experience

Minimum two years' direct experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within watchmaking or high jewellery. Experience managing VIP clients and delivering bespoke customer service is highly desirable.

Education

Secondary school diploma required; post‑secondary studies in retail, sales, gemmology or horology are an asset but not mandatory.
