Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, personalised clienteling and high‑value transaction management.
- Develop and maintain a proprietary client portfolio, delivering bespoke after‑sales follow‑up and building long‑term relationships with VIP and prospective clients.
- Provide authoritative product advice on Piaget watches and high jewelry, guiding clients through technical features, materials and craftsmanship.
- Deliver elevated in‑store experiences and ensure presentation adheres to Piaget visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Support boutique operations including stock control, client data management, POS transactions and accurate reporting of sales activity and pipeline.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff, modelling service behaviours and contributing to a collaborative, results‑driven team environment.
- Coordinate and execute private appointments, trunk shows and boutique events in partnership with store management and regional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail sales record with demonstrable success selling watches and/or high jewelry, ideally within an international maison.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach and refined clientservice orientation.
- Strong commercial acumen, numeracy and experience managing high‑value transactions and confidential client information.
- Ability to represent an ultra‑luxury brand with discretion, professionalism and impeccable grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, and to travel locally for client appointments or events as required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with a track record of selling high‑value timepieces or jewelry and building a loyal client book. Prior experience mentoring junior staff and supporting boutique events is expected.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in hospitality, retail management, marketing or a related discipline preferred.
