Piaget in Sydney seeks a Sales Ambassador to deliver luxury client experiences and drive boutique sales.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exemplary, personalised client experience consistent with Piaget’s luxury brand standards.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition and clienteling.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships using tailored follow‑up, appointment management and CRM tools.
  • Present and demonstrate watches and jewellery with expert product knowledge and high‑impact selling techniques.
  • Maintain boutique visual merchandising, housekeeping and inventory controls to preserve the brand environment.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, perform accurate cash and card transactions and manage after‑sales service queries.
  • Support boutique events, trunk shows and VIP appointments, collaborating closely with the store leadership and regional teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, loss prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and experience handling transactions.
  • Commitment to high standards of discretion and client confidentiality.

Experience

Typically 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience in luxury retail, boutique or high‑end hospitality; direct experience with watches or jewellery preferred.

Education

Secondary education (high school) required; vocational or tertiary qualifications in retail, hospitality, fashion or a related discipline desirable.
