Merchandising and Supply Manager
Piaget is hiring a Merchandising and Supply Manager in Paris to lead assortment planning, inventory and supply for its boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute merchandising strategy and seasonal assortment plans aligned with brand positioning and sales objectives.
- Prepare demand forecasts, set inventory targets and translate commercial plans into purchase orders and replenishment schedules.
- Manage stock allocation and transfers across the boutique network to optimise availability and sell-through.
- Coordinate with design, production and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with brand quality standards.
- Monitor merchandising KPIs (sell-through, stock-to-sales, aging) and implement corrective actions to maximise turnover and margin.
- Collaborate with retail, visual merchandising and marketing teams to support product launches, in-store presentation and promotional activity.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve assortment assortment rationalisation, inventory processes and supply chain responsiveness.
- Ensure accurate master data, pricing and product lifecycle information across retail systems.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial acumen with strong analytical capability; comfortable working with sales and inventory metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to translate creative direction into commercial assortments while protecting brand equity.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail; able to manage multiple product launches and seasonal cycles.
- Fluency in business-level communication; polished presentation and reporting skills.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of progressive responsibility in merchandising, merchandise planning or supply planning within luxury retail or a premium fashion/jewellery/watch brand, with demonstrable experience managing assortment planning and inventory for a multi-boutique network.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Fashion Management or equivalent professional experience.
