Piaget seeks a Client Ambassador at Selfridges, London to represent its haute jewellery and watch collections and cultivate discerning clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Piaget at Selfridges, delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience aligned with maison standards.
  • Proactively prospect and convert new clients while cultivating long-term relationships with high-value clientele through consistent clienteling and aftercare.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through consultative selling and upselling of watches and jewellery.
  • Maintain exemplary visual merchandising and product presentation within the Piaget area of the department store.
  • Manage stockroom procedures, assist with inventory controls and ensure accurate recording in the CRM/POS system.
  • Participate in product, brand and sales training; act as a brand ambassador at in-store events and client appointments.
  • Liaise with Selfridges store management and Piaget retail leadership to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to operational protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches or fine jewellery.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour and discretion when dealing with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative approach to selling and the ability to build repeat business.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or department-store environments, ideally with direct exposure to watchmaking or fine-jewellery sales. Experience managing high-value transactions and maintaining client databases is preferred.

Education

Secondary education completed; vocational qualifications or a diploma in retail, hospitality or a related field desirable.
