Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create presentations, manuals, and product guides that communicate the history, values, and products of LOEWE Perfumes, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Manage the planning and execution of online training sessions, providing technical support and collecting feedback.
  • Provide global training support by assisting regions in finding suitable venues and preparing training materials.
  • Develop and edit multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and quizzes to enhance learning and reinforce brand values.
  • Monitor and evaluate training sessions, analyzing effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
  • Coordinate operational aspects of the department, including creating purchase orders and handling international shipments.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of training modules on the Teach on Mars platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level). French or other languages are advantageous.
  • Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.

Skills

Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented. Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Attention to detail and strong management skills. Organizational skills with a sense of urgency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teach on Mars. Knowledge of Adobe Pack and digital platforms is desirable. Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.

Experience

Previous professional experience is considered a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
