Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the retail team to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Define line objectives to secure anticipated growth rankings and market share per retailer and location.
  • Achieve monthly sell-out quotas for each point of sale within the designated area.
  • Develop in-store commercial strategies to maintain business viability.
  • Oversee sales and marketing/trade marketing activities to ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Effectively resolve issues related to Beauty Consultants (BCs) and points of sale to achieve objectives.
  • Recruit and select BCs to build a strong team that meets targets timely.
  • Maintain and achieve turnover percentage and career planning for the retail team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
