Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design of Retail Experience assets including GWPs, Sampling, Boxes, wrapping, rituals, among others.
  • Assist in the implementation of retail strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute with ideas for enhancing the retail experience deliverables.
  • Think of Retail experiences assets for in-store and online.
  • Assist with the conceptualization and retail experience implementation of brand campaigns with its workshops and experiences.
  • Gather necessary assets for image bank creative shootings.
  • Support the Retail Experience team in daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Product Design or a related field.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish. French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
  • Immediate availability. Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 9 months.

Skills

Strong interest in the retail industry and client experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Creative thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Experience

Previous professional experience will be considered a plus.

Education

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a relevant field.
