Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive active project management and ensure follow-up of all retail projects.
  • Identify and implement retail operational process improvements to elevate ways of working.
  • Develop and roll out retail tools to support and enhance retail team capacities.
  • Coordinate with regions worldwide to ensure consistency across the assisted distribution network.
  • Track and analyze KPIs and retail performance to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to foster retail digitalization and process innovation.
  • Manage and monitor forecast visibility to ensure accurate planning and stock levels.
  • Act as the main contact for LOEWE Central Merchandising for daily account management.
  • Lead new launch coordination with LOEWE and LOEWE Perfumes regional teams.
  • Conduct regular sell-in, sell-out, and stock-on-hand analysis to provide visibility to senior management and regional teams.
  • Directly coordinate the management across regions of replenishment and marketing orders for all direct markets.
  • Lead special projects, such as exclusive gifting initiatives and other LOEWE-specific activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, retail operations, or key account management.
  • Proven experience in analyzing KPIs and tracking sales performance.
  • Experience in coordinating international projects involving multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion and luxury market, including current retail trends.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).

Skills

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset. Proactive, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Fluency in English (C1 level is essential); proficiency in Spanish is desirable.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in project management, retail operations, or key account management is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
