Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate on briefing review and refinement, supporting Project Managers in adapting requirements and identifying objectives.
- Assist in task planning and organization, helping to plan, assign, and schedule briefings within the studio team's workload.
- Monitor project workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery, identifying potential deviations and proposing initial solutions.
- Support daily administrative tasks, gaining experience in project operational organization and management.
- Organize and manage project assets, developing skills in information structuring and documentation.
- Provide general support to Project Managers, facilitating their daily work and learning directly from their experience.
- Participate in specific projects under supervision, developing initial leadership and management skills.
Qualifications
- Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in project management or related fields.
Education
Degree in Business, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
