Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate events and design media and influencer actions.
  • Develop communication content for various platforms.
  • Maintain relationships with international teams for local PR plan execution.
  • Support management of physical events and online activations.
  • Develop PR content such as press releases and fact sheets.
  • Support influencer and media actions, identifying new collaboration opportunities.
  • Monitor PR actions, analyze KPIs, and develop reports.
  • Manage PR material stock and liaise with suppliers.
  • Stay updated on trends and collaboration opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal communications and collaborate with the Training team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level); French or other languages are advantageous.
  • Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.

Skills

Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player. Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Attention to detail and strong management skills. Organizational skills and a sense of urgency. Knowledge of social media trends and the influencer landscape. Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe Pack and social media platforms is desirable.

Experience

Previous professional experience is considered a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
