Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Commercial Manager to establish annual sales targets for each point of sale.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass national sales targets.
  • Monitor performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and execute comprehensive business sales and training strategies, including location-specific plans.
  • Strengthen brand relationships with UK retailer managers.
  • Lead and inspire store managers and retail teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.
  • Adapt leadership and coaching styles to suit varying team experience levels.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture aligned with brand values.
  • Build a robust internal talent pipeline through succession planning and development.
  • Deliver and oversee training programs, including brand inductions, product launches, and advanced selling techniques.
  • Conduct training across various formats, from individual sessions to large group workshops.
  • Ensure consistent standards of excellence across all stores in partnership with retail management.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional luxury client experiences across all retail locations.
  • Support and oversee exclusive brand events and activations.
  • Champion initiatives that drive client development and enhance brand positioning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Area or Regional Manager within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven track record in successfully opening boutiques or leading market entry initiatives.
  • Strong experience in remote team management.
  • In-depth understanding of the niche perfume and luxury retail market.
  • Additional language skills preferred (French, Italian, Spanish).

Experience
