Role & Responsibilities

  • Record sales orders in SAP.
  • Prepare specific documentation for international shipments.
  • Upload necessary documentation to customer portals.
  • Support the Customer Service Coordinator and Customer Service Specialist in specific issues.

Qualifications

  • Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.

Skills

Strong focus on results and respect for deadlines. Clear and open communication skills, both verbal and written. Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Time management skills. Interpersonal skills. Analytical skills.

Experience

Previous experience in Customer Service is valuable.

Education

Business Administration Degree or similar. Courses or experience in office administration, organizational management, or similar areas are highly valued.
