Role & Responsibilities
- Record sales orders in SAP.
- Prepare specific documentation for international shipments.
- Upload necessary documentation to customer portals.
- Support the Customer Service Coordinator and Customer Service Specialist in specific issues.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in Customer Service is valuable.
Education
Business Administration Degree or similar. Courses or experience in office administration, organizational management, or similar areas are highly valued.
