Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Customer Care platform.
  • Handle customer service requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve order inquiries.
  • Provide support via telephone and email in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist with administrative and e-commerce operations tasks, including stock management, order processing, and material coordination.
  • Conduct continuous analysis of customer behavior to derive insights and propose enhancements to the customer experience.
  • Contribute to defining Customer Care strategies at a global level for an omnichannel environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to sign an agreement with a university or educational institution.

Skills

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese is advantageous. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Analytical skills for customer behavior analysis. Collaborative skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
