Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Customer Care platform.
- Handle customer service requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve order inquiries.
- Provide support via telephone and email in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with administrative and e-commerce operations tasks, including stock management, order processing, and material coordination.
- Conduct continuous analysis of customer behavior to derive insights and propose enhancements to the customer experience.
- Contribute to defining Customer Care strategies at a global level for an omnichannel environment.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Ability to sign an agreement with a university or educational institution.
