Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer care platform.
  • Handle customer service requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate transversally with various stakeholders to resolve order inquiries.
  • Provide support via telephone and email in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist with administrative and e-commerce operations, including stock, orders, and materials management.
  • Continuously analyze customer behavior to derive insights and propose enhancements to the customer experience.
  • Contribute to defining customer care strategies at a global level for an omnichannel environment.

Qualifications

  • Possibility of signing an agreement with a university or educational institution.

Skills

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese is advantageous. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Analytical skills to interpret customer behavior data.

Education

Degree in Marketing or a related field.
