Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the customer care platform.
- Handle customer service requests efficiently.
- Collaborate transversally with various stakeholders to resolve order inquiries.
- Provide support via telephone and email in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with administrative and e-commerce operations, including stock, orders, and materials management.
- Continuously analyze customer behavior to derive insights and propose enhancements to the customer experience.
- Contribute to defining customer care strategies at a global level for an omnichannel environment.
Qualifications
- Possibility of signing an agreement with a university or educational institution.
