Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Identify and address customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and promote LOEWE fragrances and related products.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers on LOEWE products and brand heritage.
- Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
