Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate customer interactions both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
- Identify and address customer needs, offering personalized fragrance solutions.
- Recommend additional products within the fragrance category.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage.
- Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or service industries, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
