Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and values.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Enhance brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.
- Identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Monitor competitive activities and market trends.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
- Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators at the point of sale.
- Cultivate enduring customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
- Meet monthly retail sales objectives.
- Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with the Area Manager to ensure adequate inventory.
- Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in retail or the service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Education
High school graduate or equivalent.
