Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
- Identify and understand customers' needs to offer tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and propose personalized fragrance offers.
- Suggest additional products within the category to enhance customer experience.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage.
- Participate in counter merchandising maintenance as per corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
