Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide exemplary service throughout the sales process.
• Initiate customer contact and welcome them both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
• Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate and propose additional fragrance products within the category.
• Foster personal and lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
• Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
• Educate customers about LOEWE products and the brand ethos.
• Participate in counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Manager.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are highly valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Education

High school graduate or equivalent.
