Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE products and provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate contact with customers and engage them both at the counter and through proactive outreach.
- Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and propose additional products within the fragrance category.
- Cultivate enduring customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage.
- Participate in counter merchandising maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industry.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
