Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets while promoting the Loewe brand image and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product demonstrations and recommendations.
  • Propose additional products within the fragrance category to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
  • Educate customers on Loewe products and brand heritage.
  • Participate in counter merchandising and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Counter Manager.
  • Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Background or knowledge in the beauty industry.

Skills

Target-oriented with a fierce attitude. Positive and flexible team player. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to learn quickly and work diligently.

Experience

Beginner-level experience in sales or a related field is required.
