Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Initiate contact with customers and engage them both at the counter and through proactive outreach.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
  • Propose additional products within the fragrance category to enhance sales.
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
  • Meet monthly retail sales targets.
  • Educate customers about Loewe products and brand heritage.
  • Participate in maintaining counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
