Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Initiate contact with customers and engage them both at the counter and through proactive outreach.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate and propose additional products within the fragrance category.
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
  • Educate customers on Loewe products and the brand's heritage.
  • Participate in counter merchandising and maintain displays according to corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the beauty industry.

Skills

Strong sales acumen and target-oriented mindset. Comprehensive beauty product knowledge. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude. Team player with a proactive approach. Fast learner and diligent worker.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry, is required.
