Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets while promoting the LOEWE brand image.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards throughout the sales process.
- Initiate customer engagement and welcome them at the counter.
- Identify and understand customer needs to offer personalized product recommendations.
- Promote and demonstrate LOEWE fragrances and additional products.
- Foster long-term customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
- Participate in maintaining counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
