Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets while promoting the Loewe brand image.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent Loewe brand values.
  • Initiate contact with customers and engage them through effective traffic-stopping techniques.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to offer personalized product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate and propose additional products within the fragrance category.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
  • Educate customers about Loewe products and brand heritage.
  • Participate in maintaining counter merchandising according to corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Background or knowledge in beauty and cosmetics.

Skills

Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. Excellent customer service skills. Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team. Quick learner with a strong work ethic.

Experience

Beginner-level experience in sales or beauty consultancy is required.
