Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and sell the brand's products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Enhance brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.
  • Identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track point-of-sale performance using KPIs.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory management in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
  • Complete operational and administrative tasks, including reports and orders.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or a university degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Skills

Customer orientation Results-driven Attention to detail and excellence Excellent communication skills Ability to work autonomously Initiative and proactivity Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); Spanish is advantageous

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, with a preference for experience in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
