Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets while promoting the LOEWE brand image.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent brand values.
- Initiate contact with customers and engage them effectively.
- Identify and address customer needs with personalized product offers.
- Promote additional products within the fragrance category.
- Develop lasting customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
- Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
- Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field within the beauty industry is required.
