Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets while promoting Loewe's brand image.
- Provide exemplary customer service and represent brand values.
- Engage with customers, initiating contact and welcoming them to the counter.
- Identify and address customer needs, offering personalized product demonstrations.
- Encourage additional purchases within the fragrance category.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
- Meet monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers about Loewe products and the brand heritage.
- Maintain counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales or beauty consulting.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of three years of experience in sales or within the beauty industry is required.
