Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent brand values.
  • Initiate contact with customers and engage in traffic-stopping activities.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to tailor product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate personalized product offers and suggest additional items.
  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
  • Educate customers about Loewe products and brand heritage.
  • Participate in counter merchandising and maintain corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
  • Complete operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Background or knowledge in beauty products.

Experience

Entry-level experience in sales or beauty consulting is required.
