Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate contact with customers and engage them both at the counter and through proactive outreach.
- Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and propose additional fragrance products within the category.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage.
- Participate in counter merchandising in line with corporate standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Manager.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English. Additional languages are highly valued.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
