Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate customer contact both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
- Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and propose fragrance products, suggesting additional items within the category.
- Foster lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers on LOEWE products and brand heritage.
- Participate in counter merchandising in line with corporate standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industries, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
