Role & Responsibilities
- Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
- Proactively sell Loewe Perfumes products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
- Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
- Implement cross-selling strategies to increase average transaction value and units.
- Educate and train team members on product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Manage stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Organize events and collaborations to drive business growth.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Participate in merchandise management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
