Role & Responsibilities

  • Set targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
  • Proactively sell LOEWE Perfumes products and deliver luxury service to customers.
  • Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
  • Educate and train team members on LOEWE Perfumes products and stories.
  • Initiate contact with customers and engage them effectively.
  • Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
  • Oversee stock management in collaboration with the Area Manager.
  • Grow business through events and collaborations.
  • Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in merchandise management according to corporate guidelines.
  • Adhere to company and store procedures and policies.
  • Build relationships with store management.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management.
