Role & Responsibilities

  • Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company goals.
  • Proactively sell Loewe Perfumes products, delivering luxury service to customers.
  • Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
  • Implement cross-selling strategies to increase average transaction value and units.
  • Educate team members on product knowledge and brand stories.
  • Engage with customers, providing personalized product recommendations.
  • Manage stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
  • Drive business growth through events and collaborations.
  • Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in merchandise management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management.
